At ARMRA®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
